Street Based ASB Partnership Deployment Great Peter Street & Environment with Westminster City Council and Partners

On the 05/08/2026 St James SNT along with Westminster City Council and Partners conducted a multi-agency street-based ASB deployment covering Great Peter Street, Victoria, Christchurch Gardens, Strutton Ground, Cardinal Place and Broadway.

The deployment focused on street-based anti-social behaviour and the enforcement of our ASB, Controlled Drinking and Pedicab Public Space Protection Orders in these locations.

The results were as follows:

Enforcement

• 1 male arrested for failing to provide a name and address.

• 1 Fixed Penalty Notice issued for breach of the Pedicab Public Space Protection Order.

• 3 open vessels of alcohol seized and disposed of.

Weapon Sweep

• 1 weapon sweep conducted in Christchurch Gardens.

Welfare Checks

• 7 members of the street population welfare checked and informed of available services.

Business Engagement

• 15 business engagements conducted, with crime prevention advice provided.
